Not every order is picked up in person. Sometimes you can't get to the shop, or a service is easier if the provider comes to you instead. Both are genuinely built into vendor, not a workaround.
The two situations this covers
• Buying a product? You can ask the seller to deliver it instead of picking it up yourself.
• Booking a service? You can ask the provider to come to you, instead of visiting their shop or location.
How it actually works, step by step
• 1. Request it, from the order itself. Once you've paid for an order, the option appears right there, alongside your chat with the seller. You'll be asked for the address and who to send it to.
• 2. Pick a saved address, or add a new one. The first time, you can save the address you enter — after that, it's just a quick pick from a list instead of retyping everything.
• 3. The seller sends a price. They'll look at your address and quote what it'll actually cost — their own real estimate, not a platform-set fee.
• 4. Talk it through if you need to. The price isn't locked the moment it's sent. If it seems off, say so in chat — the seller can freely revise it back and forth until you're both genuinely happy with it.
• 5. Pay only once you agree. You see the exact amount, and you choose to pay it — or decline, if you'd rather arrange something else.
• 6. Once paid, it's locked. The agreed price can't change after that — no surprise adjustment once you've committed.
If you're the one quoting a price
Selling, and just got a delivery request? Think about it the way you would any real delivery — distance, time, fuel — and quote what it genuinely costs you. There's no platform-imposed ceiling, but a price that's clearly padded tends to get questioned in chat before it gets paid.
Where this fits with everything else
The delivery fee is genuinely separate from what you paid for the item itself — you can see exactly what you're paying for what. And it's held the same protected way your original payment was, covered in full in What Happens If Your Order Never Arrives: the seller doesn't get it until you've confirmed everything arrived as expected.
Pickup will always be the simpler default. But when it's not convenient, delivery is a real, built-in option — not something you have to arrange around the platform instead of through it.
