Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using vendor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Buyer Protection Policy, and the Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use vendor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account.
3. Accounts
Every vendor account can both buy and sell — there is no separate registration for each role. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, including price, description, and availability. vendor does not itself manufacture, own, ship, or provide the products and services listed by sellers.
5. Payments and the wallet
Buyers fund an in-app wallet to pay for orders. Payment for an order is held by vendor and released to the seller according to the Buyer Protection Policy — specifically, upon the buyer's Confirmation of Receipt or resolution of a dispute in the seller's favor.
6. Fees
vendor charges the fees described on the Pricing page at the time of the relevant transaction. Fees may be updated from time to time; the fee shown to you at the time of a transaction is the fee that applies to that transaction.
7. Withdrawals and identity verification
Sellers may withdraw available wallet funds to a linked bank account. Prior to a seller's first withdrawal, vendor may require identity verification as a condition of processing that and future withdrawals, in order to comply with applicable financial regulation and to protect against fraud.
8. Prohibited conduct
Users may not: list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods or services; attempt to induce a buyer to confirm receipt before actual delivery; attempt to circumvent the payment-holding mechanism described in the Buyer Protection Policy; or use the platform to defraud another user.
9. Disputes between users
Disputes between a buyer and seller regarding a specific order are handled as described in the Buyer Protection Policy. vendor's decision on a dispute, made in good faith based on the information available, is final with respect to the release or return of funds held for that order.
10. Suspension and termination
vendor may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or the platform.
11. Limitation of liability
vendor provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, vendor is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of listings created by third-party sellers, beyond the payment-holding protections described in the Buyer Protection Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
vendor may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
