What "confirm receipt" actually means
This is the single most important thing to understand as a buyer on vendor: your payment is never released automatically. It sits held after you pay, and stays held while your order is on its way to you.
Once you have the item in hand — or the service has genuinely been delivered — you open the app and confirm it. That one action is what releases payment to the seller. Until you do that, nothing is final, and nothing has been paid out on your behalf without your say-so.
If what you received isn't right — wrong item, damaged, not as described — don't confirm receipt. Raise a dispute instead, and payment stays held while it's looked into.
Funding your wallet
Add money by card (a small, capped charge applies) or bank transfer where available. You'll always see the exact amount before you confirm.
