Applies when adding money to your wallet by card. The 2.5% always applies; the extra ₦100 starts from ₦2,400. Bank transfer top-ups have no charge.

On a larger sale the cap protects you: the fee never goes above ₦1,000, however big the order. Any delivery fee you charge is yours in full.

Adding money to your wallet
Fund your wallet by card and a 2.5% charge applies, plus ₦100 on amounts of ₦2,400 and above (never more than ₦2,500 in total).
Prefer to avoid it entirely? Send money to your wallet account number by bank transfer, which has no funding charge at all.
Withdrawing to your bank account
Withdrawal fees start at ₦50 and scale with the amount, up to ₦300 for the largest withdrawals — see the exact tiers above. Before your very first withdrawal, we'll ask you to verify your identity once — a one-time step that keeps every vendor's payouts secure.
