1. What we collect
To operate the platform, vendor collects: account information (email, and optionally a phone number); location information, used to power nearby discovery of listings; transaction and wallet information, including deposits, withdrawals, and order history; identity verification information, collected once before a seller's first withdrawal; and, where you choose to provide it, information used to match you with contacts already using vendor.
2. How we use it
We use this information to operate the marketplace itself — showing you nearby listings, processing payments and withdrawals, verifying seller identity as required by financial regulation, resolving disputes, and communicating with you about your account and orders.
3. Location data
Location data is used specifically to power the hyper-local discovery that the platform is built around. Location precision shown to other users may be reduced for privacy, particularly for vendors using live location rather than a fixed shop location.
4. Contact matching
If you choose to use the "People Network" feature, your device may check whether people in your contacts are already on vendor. This is done using a one-way, irreversible transformation of phone numbers (a cryptographic hash) — vendor does not receive or store your contacts' actual phone numbers or names as a result of this feature, only whether a match exists.
5. What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your identity verification information beyond what is required for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
6. Data retention
We retain account and transaction information for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable financial recordkeeping regulation thereafter.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our need to retain certain records for legal and regulatory compliance. Requests can be made through our contact page.
8. Changes to this policy
