Once a buyer confirms they've received their order, the sale amount — minus a 1% fee, capped at ₦1,000 no matter how large the sale — lands in your wallet immediately.
Withdraw to your bank account any time. Before your first-ever withdrawal, you'll verify your identity once; withdrawal fees start at ₦50 and scale with the amount, capped at ₦300.

If a buyer raises a dispute instead of confirming receipt, the payment stays held until it's resolved — you're never at risk of a payment being pulled back after you've already been paid out.
If you agree something genuinely went wrong, you can resolve it yourself right there and refund the buyer directly — no waiting on our team to review it. If you don't agree, it stays with us to look into properly.
