Is vendor free to use?
Yes. Browsing, creating an account, and listing products or services are all free. The only charges are a 1% transaction fee (capped ₦1,000) when a sale completes, an optional card funding charge, and a withdrawal fee starting at ₦50 that scales with the amount withdrawn. When does a seller actually get paid?
Only after the buyer confirms, inside the app, that they have physically received their order. Payment is held safely until that confirmation happens — never automatically, and never before.
What if I receive the wrong item, or something damaged?
Do not confirm receipt. Raise a dispute instead — payment stays held while it's reviewed. If the seller agrees something went wrong, they can refund you directly and immediately; otherwise it's escalated for a proper review. See how disputes work.
Can I message a seller before or during an order?
Yes. Every order has its own chat with the seller — ask a question, confirm a pickup time, or coordinate delivery, all inside the app.
Can I book a specific time for a service?
For services that need one, yes — request a time when you order, and the vendor accepts or declines before it's finalized. If they decline, you're refunded automatically, no dispute required.
Are reviews real, or can anyone post one?
Only someone who actually bought and received a specific product or service can review it — there's no way to leave a review without a completed order behind it.
Do I need to register a business to sell on vendor?
No. You can start selling with just an email address — no business registration is required to list your first product or service.
How do I add money to my wallet?
By card, or by bank transfer where available. Card top-ups carry a small, capped charge; bank transfers typically don't. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm.
Why do I need to verify my identity before withdrawing?
It's a one-time step, required only before your very first withdrawal — not for every payout. It keeps every vendor's earnings moving through real, accountable people.
Does vendor deliver services as well as products?
Yes. Services and physical products both live in the same feed and follow the same protections — a service is confirmed as "received" once it has genuinely been carried out.
